• All Men (incl. seniors & juniors) in Flights 1, 2, and 3 play from Championship (Blue) tees.
• All Men (incl. seniors & juniors) in Flights 4, 5, and 6 play from Regular (White) tees.
• Men - Stroke play / Summer rules (all RCGA rules apply)
• All Women play from Forward (yellow) tees
• Women
  • Texas Scramble team format (minimum 3 drives from each player)
  • All shots must be dropped within 1 club length of original shot
  • All putts must be holed - No conceding any putts (i.e. gimmees)
• Rules committee decisions are final.
• When in doubt, play provisional ball.
• Handicaps determined by a) index submitted first, then b) handicap submitted
• Players are asked to check scorecard before signing and handing into scorekeepers (pro shop staff) immediately after completion of round.
• Tournament committee will maintain right to adjust handicap and/or index (Saturday and/ or Sunday).
• Ties shall be broken by a countback (retrogression), with the exception of overall low gross, which will be decided by a sudden death play-off.

Calculation of Women's Team Handicap for Scramble

The following formula will be used to determine the 'team handicap' used in calculating the 'net team score' for the women's scramble.

- Total handicap of all 4 golfers divided by a factor of 15

( example 25 + 20 + 35 + 20 = 100,

- 100/ 15 = 6.6

- 6.6 (rounded up) = 7 = Team Handicap)

This method has been used in past years and will be maintained this year.
